Pros
This company not only pays an amazing base pay for today's economy, they also have a bi-weekly bonus program for their CSA staff. They offer affordable health insurance and paid time off among their other benefits! CCS takes good care of their employees, they take our input seriously and make us feel valued. The hours are great and there are many different shifts offered to fit different lifestyles. There is also potential to explore new positions within the company once you've worked there 6 months or more. Such a great company to work for.
Cons
There haven't been any cons that I've run across yet working for CCS. They work hard in upper management to make sure their policies are up to date and the employees are being treated fairly.
