There were many great people that worked there, and we were fed leads so that was a huge benefit. There were great company events too.

The CEO is erratic. One of the core values is willing to pivot, which became a running joke. The Monday after they laid off almost a 1/3 of the company, the CEO shared in the sales meeting that he was going to start hiring "A" players immediately. My colleagues that got laid off on the Friday before never even had a chance with leads being slow, inconsistent leadership and pivoting all the time.
