      Pros

      The benefits. Closing working with the employees and manager if you get along with them. Building bonds with the customers. Kind of flexible scheduling

      Cons

      Pay, lazy management, cheap company. Terrible hours. Managers take all the good hours and csrs are stuck with bad schedules. If someone calls off you are stuck working open to close shifts. Doesn't pay what's owed to employee(s). Always "changing"/making up new rules.

      Pros

      Majority of the customers are the best part of the job, they really start to feel like family. You get benefits after 30 days which is good seeing as in insurance is hard to come by.

      Cons

      The company is all about money, you dont get that feeling that they careabout their employees, no set schedule so you never have time to do anything like go to school or spend quality time with your family, there is alot of favortism when it comes to certain employees when it comes to your dm, they ask so much from you for very little pay. this job is for someone who has no kids and no life basically
