Pros

- Higher than average salary than market - Cold AC - They have their own telemarketing floors and teams

Cons

- Toxic working culture; too much idling lead to gossiping and inappropriate (racist and sexist) jokes - Lack of diversity in employee body (certain minority groups are disadvantaged publicly) - Supposed to be a western company, but many lack basic English and act like they see a god when they see westerners. - Lack of professionalism and poor work ethics - Last minute, panic, kiss-ass culture; not centralized. - Certain inappropriate leadership is ignored; not fixed - Lack of talent filtering, resulting in careless hiring - Not suitable for fresh entries; high seniority where seniors also not actually know what they're doing in the convoluted mess.

Pros

The Cigna Group overall is a fantastic company to work for! They invest in their employees and do a great job ensuring everyone, in all departments/locations/teams feel as if they matter with the multitude of perks they offer to employees. Many team members were knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to supporting the healthcare industry.

Cons

While employed at Cigna healthcare, I experienced a work environment that often lacked consistent communication, balanced workload distribution, and transparent leadership practices. High-performing employees were frequently expected to absorb additional responsibilities without corresponding support, while shifting expectations and excessive micromanagement created unnecessary stress and instability. Over time, this impacted morale, trust within teams, and overall employee well-being.
