Cons
give you a great review, budget for merit increases for your department is 3% and you get the full 3%. But when a new role is posted on your team and to comply with Colorado laws the salary is listed and it's 30K more than you make to do what you do...why can't I get my salary bumped to align with what you're hiring new people to do?
