Pros

Working from home is the only pro!

Cons

They do not even deserve a one star. Management is absolutely horrible, they don't care about your well being. The company constantly lies about their policy, time cards aren't entered correctly, they discriminate, allow customers to berate you for little pay. You cant even use the restroom without someone questioning you. They say there is room to grow but thats only if you know someone who has it in. This companies culture and values are not even a thing, they do not adhere to their policies

Pros

The Cigna Group overall is a fantastic company to work for! They invest in their employees and do a great job ensuring everyone, in all departments/locations/teams feel as if they matter with the multitude of perks they offer to employees. Many team members were knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to supporting the healthcare industry.

Cons

While employed at Cigna healthcare, I experienced a work environment that often lacked consistent communication, balanced workload distribution, and transparent leadership practices. High-performing employees were frequently expected to absorb additional responsibilities without corresponding support, while shifting expectations and excessive micromanagement created unnecessary stress and instability. Over time, this impacted morale, trust within teams, and overall employee well-being.
