The company is in very good location, in the city center of Amsterdam. It is within a co-working space (WeWork), where you can meet nice people while taking a free coffee or a free beer. My colleagues were also really welcoming and sociable. I had also the chance to attend to some conferences organized by the company, and I found the preparation process very interesting and funny.

Having a look at the web page, with this modern and youthful design, you might imagine that we do really interesting and deep analysis. On the contrary, I spent most of my time doing nothing. Literally nothing. Because there was nothing to do. After a master's degree, I was enthusiastic to put in practice what I had been learning. On the contrary, I was asked to do basic tasks, or helping the others colleagues who had different academic backgrounds. I did not learn anything and I did not earn enough to maintain myself in Amsterdam.

*You have the autonomy to implement your own ideas, they are very open to adjust because they are still learning themselves. *In this organization over the last few years there is a culture of learning from your own mistakes, this mean that if you make a mistake while working you learn from it and you move on. This is very important to build independence and confidence in your work.

The 1st management I worked with was in an open war with all of the staff. Fortunately 2nd management that followed changed this.
