-I enjoyed working with lots of other talented professionals -The parents and staff I worked with were talented, professional, well connected, and a lot of fund to work with -The mission of the organization is excellent and carried out with fidelity

Cons

-The only challenge in working at TCA is the low pay, though if you can afford it, the experience is well worth the satisfaction and quality of life you gain through a career at TCA

North Colorado Spring school that used to be amazing.

Cons

Would recommend that you make sure that your values align completely with the school. In the last few years they have become very religious and closed minded with other beliefs and their board is becoming much more conservative.
