      Pros

      There are great benefits and they are flexible with your schedule. If you have kids there it makes life easier if you work there also. It’s easy to take a 10 min break and help volunteer for your child’s class.

      Cons

      It’s a very small office environment and cliques form. There was a lot of gossip and catty remarks. It makes you worry about what is being said about you behind your back.

      Pros

      North Colorado Spring school that used to be amazing.

      Cons

      Would recommend that you make sure that your values align completely with the school. In the last few years they have become very religious and closed minded with other beliefs and their board is becoming much more conservative.
