      Working in the lounge was a great experience to build a resume allowing anyone the opportunity to grow in customer service.

      Cons

      Management at times could be very hard to communicate with as well as difficulty with cohesion in the work place.

      Pros

      The atmosphere here is incredible. Never before have I been a part of such a close-knit staff that enjoys working together to deliver a top-notch customer experience.

      Cons

      If you're not used to 8-hour shifts, it may be a bit of an adjustment, but, again, everyone who works here is so friendly that the hours pass quickly!
