All female staff can have a lot of drama . You can’t get work off unless you want them to take you off the schedule or barely give you shifts requesting a shift off can be denied an they hold you hours over you head to many servers not enough shifts the pay is great if they didn’t over staff an under schedule everyone hard to pay bills always stressed it’s every weekend so it’s hard having a personal life
