      Pros

      A very calm work environment with great benefits- free health insurance, 401k match, yearly bonuses, and they only require 35 hours a week. The most interesting cases you will ever work on.

      Cons

      Not much upward growth potential and the different teams can feel a bit disconnected because everyone works on separate cases.
