I had a deeply disappointing experience during my final weeks at TCK due to what I consider a completely unfair dismissal. The process was handled with a lack of transparency and professionalism that reflects well on the company. HR was unresponsive throughout, offering little to no collaboration or clarity despite repeated attempts to communicate. Their silence during such a critical situation was both frustrating and telling. Even more concerning was the behavior of the legal team. Instead of approaching discussions with my legal representative in good faith, they acted with an air of arrogance and superiority, refusing to engage constructively. Their conduct felt dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational
