Challenging role but picked up a lot of new skills - Office Administrator The Coding Bull Employee Review

There were absolutely no pros in working for this company. It was an extremely exhausting, disappointing, and frustrating experience.

-Their instructions were extremely unclear. -When the copy I provided did not match with what their client wanted, they said it was because my work quality was poor, and were about to charge me almost $5000 for the 'damages' I caused. -They refused to pay my invoice, and I had to go through small claims to get it from them. The whole process lasted almost a year. -They'd constantly ignore me, except for when I left a google review, which they replied to with an extremely rude/unprofessional comment.

Everything in this company is about numbers. I guess that's the whole differentiating factor in this competitive marketing. Since everyone's performance is determined by numbers, there's no office politics, which is great!

Making sure all my work is perfect is very stressful, especially when the timeline is tight.
