Pros

Best Boss ever when I was there. The product worked for highly self motivated people, but without deadlines many people would not stick to it. You could work the hours you wanted and there really was no ceiling to what you could make. Everyday was an adventure going into a new house. I met amazing people and had a great time. I actually had a good time even when people weren't that nice to speak to (rare-and sometimes they were hateful). In seven years at the job I averaged $100K (I worked about 50-60 hours per week).

Cons

I came to realize that most people need deadlines and structure, which led to a misconstrued perception of the product. You can't just get an A in a regular class if you don't excel. I would ask the naysayers, "why do some people get passing grades and other's don't? Same thing at the traditional school. Those who get poor grades usually blame the professor. In this, they would blame the product. Yet, I had testimonials of people who got their RN studying The College Network class prep. In the end, the territory was cut. I still made about $30K for about 20 hours a week. There was a negative perception of the product (see above). Some reps were pushy is what I heard, and you actually have to work really hard and study, and many just wouldn't or couldn't do this in a non traditional setting. Often times these were people that couldn't do it in a traditional setting either...perhaps it was the people themselves?
