Not a lot of overtime. Fairly relaxed environment. Employees in some departments are encouraged to learn new processes and programs.

Unprofessional management. Extreme variations in workload and expectations (sitting doing nothing for a week, then managing an entire department alone the next week). Not given access to the right tools to learn new things.
