The brand punches above its weight and is filled with passionate people who genuinely want to improve the world. Fantastic speakers and thought leadership combined with convivial camaraderie among the staff. Excellent rooftop restaurant and diverse membership.

Ambition can sometimes outpace resources. Big vision with limited capacity.

I've been at the Conduit over 2 years now. It's gone through a transformation in those 2 years and can see the effort the senior leadership team are doing. Kudos to the current COO. Lots of interesting work. Mostly lovely colleagues especially in the hospitality side.

Gatekeeping and some bullying behaviour that isn't addressed. Founder doesn't seem to care about the treatment of people and let's bad actors not only stay but seem to thrive. Embarrassing mat cover for an org that talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. Diversity is lacking in hq, more balance is needed across the board from events to impact partnerships Not much career opportunity
