      Waiting staff were friendly and a couple heads of department.

      Cons

      Toxic and manipulative environment. The operations director would squeeze my arm and hand when asking if I did something in error. The hospitality industry is rife with people who are hired not based on skill or emotional intelligence or compatibility but if they have experience and accept the job.

      The brand punches above its weight and is filled with passionate people who genuinely want to improve the world. Fantastic speakers and thought leadership combined with convivial camaraderie among the staff. Excellent rooftop restaurant and diverse membership.

      Cons

      Ambition can sometimes outpace resources. Big vision with limited capacity.
