Pros
A ton of great reasons to work here. The management are decent people that work hard to make success of their mission. They deliver some amazing content for the members and staff are able to be part of that. Some seriously impressive people that run it who genuinely care about making a positive impact in the world. It's fast paced, but if you have the energy for a small business and are solutions oriented you'll really enjoy it.
Cons
They work on a lot of things, so sometimes can feel a bit like it's all constantly moving and changing, but mostly always in a good direction. There were some people that have now left that purposely worked against the management some were even on it, felt like they were trying to divide people honestly, some odd personal agendas.
