Toxic management who has no issue belittling you in front of the entire team in office as well as in meetings No boundaries managing director expects you to work after hours without compensation (even during public/religious holidays) no recognition or team spirit the founder actually pits employees against each other not a safe working environment, management will use your weakness against you

The international mapping of the company allows people from all over to chip in. It diversifies the ideas that come in. The nature of my work as an intern, my supervisor was very helpful. I recieved guidance and advice throughout this experience. Whilst being pushed to challenge myself through assisting with projects.

The whole COVID-19 situation prevented me from meeting a lot of the team members. The duration of my internship was only 2 months, wish it was longer!
