The people and culture are hands down the best I've ever experienced. Everyone is genuinely welcoming, supportive, and authentic, no fake vibes here.
The company truly prioritizes doing the right thing, personal growth, and helping you excel in your career.
Compensation is excellent (great base pay + strong commission/bonus potential), benefits are top-notch, and the 401k match is generous.
There's a real sense of accomplishment and pride in the work—seeing properties thrive and residents happy makes the effort feel rewarding.
Cons
Really nothing, but it's not for everyone.
The hours can be long (especially in property management/sales roles with resident needs, leasing events, and on-call responsibilities), but they're very rewarding when you see the results of your hard work

We appreciate the feedback! We're glad the culture and care for associates have stood out to you. We also hear your comments around pay. We’re always focused on continuing to invest in our people.
Fast-paced environment, strong compensation opportunities, talented teams, and a culture that rewards performance. If you are ambitious, competitive, and always want more, this could be the place for you.
Cons
The environment is demanding and not suited for everyone. Expectations are high, feedback is direct, and performance is closely measured. Employees who thrive on accountability, competition, and results will likely do well; those seeking a more traditional or less performance-driven workplace may find it is not the right fit.

You’re right that our environment is demanding and not for everyone. We also appreciate your note around consistency and communication as we continue to grow!
