      Pros

      -amazing way to build confidence in your self and your sales skills -if you love to talk to people you’ll enjoy this role a lot -knowing your role makes a literal impact on someone’s life -good team members mean a great work environment -very clear goals and they do have a consistant culture of success

      Cons

      -you will be fired if you are unable to maintain the goals that are frequently unobtainable -expected to do many other small jobs besides what’s listed like cleaning -long and unpredictable hours -hourly is not much with out making your sales goals -burn out comes quickly -drama can spiral out of control
