      Great compensation, ability to learn a new industry and take on as much responsibility as desired, granted you've proven yourself. Reward & recognition culture - work hard / play hard

      Cons

      It's not for everyone. We're honest about that from the get-go. If you aren't a high achiever that wants direct feedback and to prove yourself and your abilities every single day, this may not be the place for you.
