      The Connor Group does a great job recognizing and rewarding employees for their hard work and contributions. There are opportunities to learn and grow professionally and personally. There is always something new to learn each and every day.

      Cons

      Environment is fast paced with high expectations, which can be demanding and challenging for some. Processes and priorities can evolve quickly, requiring employees to be adaptable. However, work hard, hit your deadlines, flow with the changes, go above and beyond and it'll all be worth it.
