      Pros

      Pay (however expect to be extremely stressed with no quality of life). Core Values (I loved this about the company yet upper management seems to have a different mind set and does not follow these at all).

      Cons

      Quality of life. They say you will only work 44 hours and no weekends, I was putting in close to 80 hours every week and worked every weekend. Constantly short staffed Unethical Practices Lack of Training Micro-managing No HR Supervisors cursing Harassment

Employees who thrive on accountability, competition, and results will likely do well; those seeking a more traditional or less performance-driven workplace may find it is not the right fit.
