We do not, nor have we ever promised bonuses as they are earned based on performance and not given. Our average sales associate earns an additional $9,000 annually on bonuses. Obviously, that means some earn more and some less based on performance and you can see they are very realistic and obtainable. Unlike most companies that have been forced to lay off workers or furlough employees, we’ve gone above and beyond to help our associates and others in our community. . For example, we provided our associates hundreds of thousands of dollars in childcare assistance, paid time off for testing/quarantine when necessary and even expanded our associate loan program. We’ve also given away more than $1.5 million in small business loans to help other businesses, with a specific focus on minority and women-owned businesses throughout these difficult times. Our owner and managing partner was named Dayton’s philanthropist of the year. We certainly appreciate your feedback – but we wanted to make sure to shed some light on the facts.
