Pros

Absolutely nothing good about this company. I can't think of one pleasant thing to say in the time that i worked there.

Cons

Worse company to work for! They will tell you that training is ongoing but if you have any questions at all you come across as though you aren't grasping the job and will likely be fired. The sales girls are rude and "clicky" as if you are still in high school. this company has a high turn over rate because they just fire people left and right with no rhyme or reason. They buy old properties and try to fix them up so the properties usually come with a lot of problems such as mold and leaking issues. All the superiors are bullies as opposed to being role models. If you don't hit the sales goals that they want they wont give you any warning they will just fire you. They will tell you that commission is involved but they will find some sneaky way not to pay you commission. They tell you to lie to customers to get them to rent . Larry the CEO came to our property one day and just started screaming at everyone. I wouldn't wish this job on my worse enemy. This is a very unethical business.

Pros

Fast-paced environment, strong compensation opportunities, talented teams, and a culture that rewards performance. If you are ambitious, competitive, and always want more, this could be the place for you.

Cons

The environment is demanding and not suited for everyone. Expectations are high, feedback is direct, and performance is closely measured. Employees who thrive on accountability, competition, and results will likely do well; those seeking a more traditional or less performance-driven workplace may find it is not the right fit.

We’re proud to offer strong compensation opportunities and a culture that recognizes and rewards results. You’re right that our environment is demanding and not for everyone. We also appreciate your note around consistency and communication as we continue to grow!
