Pros
The workplace culture is very good built a great relationship with everyone there. Your treated as a part of a family. If you enjoy Physical work then receiving area/container unload is a great place to work. The Managers are very understanding and allow you to take time off or leave early for any type of emergency. Occasional BBQ'S and work dinners at restaurants paid for by the company.
Cons
Shift and job security is very low, Casuals can expect at some points in time to have no work for 2-3 weeks. But not exactly a massive con as this is normal practice for casuals in a warehouse setting. If you struggle with Hardwork and heavy lifting then this place might not be suitable for you , many people have quit within the first week because they couldn't handle the workload (This is for the container unloading position NOT pick/packing). Career progression, pay raises and full time conversions are very minimal so be wary.
