      True employee first culture Great pay and benefits Company is financially strong Safe and secure Great employee base. Far better than average teams.

      Very few CONS. As the company continues to evolve there are several employees that are forced to learn new skills to stay a solid contributor.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
