      They offer health insurance to their "prime time" employees. Flexible scheduling so you can work around another job or other things in your life. There are no crazy holiday hours!

      Cons

      Training in order to expand your work/knowledge of the business is not always delivered as promised. Employees are not always used to the best of their capabilities.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
