      Pros

      The discount is absolutely excellent!!!! The pay also, is excellent in comparison to other retail jobs and the scheduling flexibility is a definite plus.

      Cons

      The company culture can be overwhelming and feel insincere at times... But I believe it's more about the individual peoples interpretation of what the culture should be...

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
