Poor treatment, poor pay - Visitor Relations Specialist The Contemporary Austin Employee Review

Upper management is disrespectful to lower level workers. Lower level workers, aka, front line staff, do most of the work but get paid less than a living wage. Management constantly adds duties and responsibilities with no pay raise to commiserate. They intentionally don’t educate workers about paid time off so that the workers won’t use it. They refuse to pay out PTO upon resignation. Management will call/text/harass you if you call out sick. Corrupt and disrespectful.
