1. did not assign the work I was designed to do 2. did not consider my reviews on certain tasks which I had already performed and got good results, rather went ahead with something which was against the design principles. 3. didn't consider me as their team. poor team work. no transparency within the team. 4. asking help was a big mistake, people judge you if you ask for help. 5. no clear instructions on what needs to be done. 6. they do not give challenging work purposely, by giving a smaller and easier task, they make you look inefficient and dumb!!
