Good benefits, but many issues - Finance The Creative Engagement Group Employee Review

There is a big divide across departments and service lines. Internal service lines like finance are overlooked and under appreciated. Pay is low, and hours arent always great. Management spends a lot on the flashy teams: everything is about Behavioral science, Axiom, winning awards and margins. Pension is below standard. I've read on here about the terrible Christmas parties, it is true- we talk aboht good mental health, wellbeing and looking after the people but not if it is practiced
