Hi there - and thank you for the balanced and candid review, this is really useful feedback. 2022 has been an extreme year in our industry, with many of our clients under exceptional stress from commodity inflation and supply chain issues. In this environment it's taken some amazing efforts from our team to round out the year strongly with a bright 2023 in view. It's also been unsustainably intense! You will have been a huge part of our success, and I'm so grateful for everything you have done and given. Because of what you and others have done, our team is well set up for 2023, with a company plan that retrenches our commitment to a sustainable work/life balance, and prioritizes common-sense constraints on all of our schedules. Your feedback here informs how we are planning moving forward - thanks again. And Happy Holidays!

Thanks for sharing the review. We'll keep striving to make the work ever more exciting, and to better manage, or redesign our processes, to address those work load issues.

Pros

TCE works on genuinely unique projects with a wonderful culinary team. There are some truly talented, kind people at TCE to learn from. Great food too.

Cons

For an agency that prides itself on a strong, longstanding intern program, the reality is quite underwhelming. Expect to spend significant time on tasks like taking photos of food, being expected in office to sign for packages and greet visitors, and navigating inconsistent communication around expectations and deliverables. Examples of intern tasks include: Putting pins on a google map, organizing files, serving clients dishes and refilling their waters, and booking reservations online. .
