      Great Compensation Felt more like working with family Out off all Dealers in my area, TCC has the best compensation package hands down Management and HR were completely engaged

      Pros

      Very family like. Upper Management is straight forward and involved in all aspects of the business. If you work smart you will be successful and have you have the tools and training to do so

      Cons

      Turn over is high like most retail but that’s not in fault of the company, I guess better recruiting would be my only thing to say that needs improvement
