They really care about their employees and always show it
Cons
Have to park far because they’re building more homes so no space. But a pro to that is they have a shuttle that picks us up and drops us off to said far location
This company offers great benefits for those working 30+ hours. Some of the management is really good to work with and will help you to succeed. The residents are usually a lot of fun to be around *although they are needy* Good pay starting out. Each year you stay with them you get a 3% pay raise.
Cons
The biggest downside would be upper management. They are not very good at keeping their employees informed *although they will hold monthly meetings* and in the three years that I have worked here I still rarely ever know what to expect coming in to work. There is little room for advancement as everyone has the same title and management has always been hired from outside. Favoritism -but you will find that almost anywhere.
