There is a significant amount of flexibility to leave for appointments or other urgent matters. There are a number of nice little perks as far as company meals and other fun things throughout the year. Work isn't too hard. Being a smaller company you can get to a point where you have a variety of different tasks (so it may be less mind numbing). Benefits are pretty good.
