      Pros

      DON ranks high on facility surveys but poorly with staff. Pits employees against each other, high level of favoritism and lacks team building skills. Staff is distrustful as DON rules by intimidation. Upper management needs to address this issue to avoid further turnover.

      Cons

      Majority of nurses are intelligent dedicated and caring. Benefits are good for longterm care.

      The pay was decent. But not really worth it with this company

      Cons

      They will fire you with no reason other than the manager doesnt like you. I took a problem to her about the night shift not doing their job and she did nothing. So I then went to HR about her and after that she had it out for me
