Difficult Environment - Administrative Assistant The Decor Group Employee Review

Overspends creating money concerns; poor management of finances. Unfair treatment of employees depending where one falls in the chain of command. Judgmental atmosphere with a number of office drama issues, which creates a very low morale. Resulting in many unhappy and complaining employees causing for a negative work day. Lack of focus and extremely high level of confusion and disarray. It's definitely a fly by the seat of the pants company, No opportunity for personal growth; no pay incentives/increase etc. I wouldn't suggest one takes a position with this company.
