      Where to start , i worked there for a time and there's no strategies. The prices changes all the time , the communication isn't clear , i saw at least40 people leaing the company in more than a year , there's no training , you will be working in an huge office where there's no one and no team spirit , there's no HR as they were fired , forget about the bonuses The product is sold without trial which makes it very very difficult to sell , there's a lot of issues with the products , the follow-up isn't well made , the so called ''specialist '' don't have a training It's a company based on appareances I wouldn't recommand anyone to work there The 5 star comments are written by the management so don't pay attention to it The management is random , the team manager or left or were sacked ,

      Hi Thanks for your review! Probably you have been out of this company for more then a year. Prices haven't changed since november 2018! Probably when you were in the company you did not understand that prices changes accordingly to the product development. We never had 40 people in Barcelona office and that is easy to control. Company information in Spain is public...so I do not know how you counted 40. We have been lately named by Gartner with an Honorem Mention because of our software and our training process and concept (Convergent Marketing) We do agree with you in one way. This platform (glassdoor) should make comment personal with names and surnames pubblic so everyone could see who is writing what, either positive or negative reviews, but we have lost the faith in Glassodoor as everybody with a different emails can write different reviews. Anyway even with anger and misleading information in this review, we thank you for the time you have been with us, because surely you have contributed to the growth of the company.

      There is absolutely NONE. Maybe the team, but people come and go so fast, that you can not be attached to any of them.

      Everything positive you will read here is a complete LIE, probably written by someone in the management team, worried about the truthful reviews that came up lately. I worked at this company last year, and the recent negative reviews gave me the courage to tell the truth. The leadership in Barcelona is useless, they have no idea of how to manage people, and the management only cares about the image. They take advantage of foreign talents, that don't understand much about the labour laws in Spain, makes you sign absurd clausules, and pay a very low salary under the promise of "meritocracy", and "you will grow really fast". Don't buy that. The product is difficult to sell, their lack of strategy and consistency will make your job imposible. There are major technical difficulties to use the product, no matter how hard you try to understand it. Business model keep changing every time, they have no idea what they're doing.

      Thanks for the review. We are sorry for what your feeling where. When someone leaves the company is because there has been a problems between the 2 parts. The you were sales, you knew it the roles of the position, and that is the same everywhere, if you sell you stay otherwise you quit. Is that suppose to be normal for a sales position? We have people have been here 10 years selling the products and services, all depends on the commitment. Anyway we will learn form your experience and your review that in some way we would have preffered to have personally, as the contact with the management is very close being a StartUp. Good luck for your future.
