Pros

This is a family owned, merchant builder property management company based out of Houston, TX, and that family culture is very real. Leadership does a great job of making employees feel like part of the organization rather than just a number. With 35+ properties across the U.S., from California to Florida, there are meaningful opportunities for internal growth. The company does an excellent job of promoting from within and allowing people to grow into roles based on their individual strengths. Employees are encouraged to develop professionally, take on responsibility, and mold their roles as they grow. Compensation is fair, and benefits are strong, especially for families, which is a big positive. There is flexibility and trust given to employees, and leadership is generally open to feedback and ideas. If you are motivated, adaptable, and looking for a company where you can build a career rather than just “work a job,” this is a great place to be.

Cons

As with many growing organizations, managing high‑challenge or struggling properties can be difficult, and support can sometimes feel limited when teams are under pressure. Processes and resources aren’t always as structured as they might be in a larger corporate environment, which can be challenging for team members assigned to tougher assets. The company can occasionally be reactive rather than proactive when it comes to site‑level issues, particularly around compensation adjustments tied to market changes or position demands.
