Driver management does not reply to emails or text unless it affects their bottom line or is complaint related. Turnover rate is very high. Not employee friendly. Management expects high standard but does not listen to suggestions to improve vehicle maintenance or customer services. Some archaic protocol that would apply to pre-digital communications and services such as news papers and business publication on board.
