Pros

They had flexible work hours depending on your class schedule. Most of the people that I worked with were enjoyable.

Cons

It doesn't seem like management really appreciates their workers. Raises are rare and if you are lucky enough to get one it is not worth all the work and knowledge that was needed. We were treated as though we were easily replaceable, however, it was always a big deal when somebody left. There is very little space to move into different positions.

Pros

They have a Flexible schedule, great PTO and Sick time accrual, and the employee health care system is amazing.

Cons

Not a ton of room for growth outside of the flagship store on campus.

Pros

Everybody here is extremely friendly and thoughtful. The people you work with on the floor are usually people you become friends with, because it can be a slow-paced environment and it's easy to get bored so theres lots of chatting, doodling, & relationship-building. The management is extremely friendly and understanding if you have a final exam, or a family emergency, or anything coming up that requires you to call out. They will always consider that you are a student first. Work is easy. Restocking, counting, scanning, helping customers out. It was the best way to get money on the side while I was doing school full time.

Cons

The pay is pretty low; you have to work a lot of hours just to get a decent paycheck. If you absolutely need $$ to rent, bills, etc., this place probably isn't for you. It's good for "xtra cash money".
