      Growth potential is limited for certain type of jobs. Promotions are not fair. 85% of the time,people are pre-selected before an internal vacancy is published.

      Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
