people are treated like shift workers must punch in and out do your hours onsite zero flexibility zero work-life balance no coffee/tea provided only tap filtered water is given to employees furniture from the 80s gives you terrible body aches flight benefits are almost inexistent as it is so hard to get into the plane on a standby
