Emirates environment is so cool, people are nice and friendly and they are very professional. As a permanent employee you have so many range of benefeits, you get to fly world wide for 90% in all Emirates and Emirates's partner flights You can get lot of discount cards. Their offices are completely perfect specially if you get a chance to work in the Headquarter
Cons
The amount of work that you get is not big, so this might effect your job future if you are planning to stay competitive in the market. It's very very hard to get promoted, and that needs lot of efforts outside your area of expertise, like begging to manager to promote you.
