The company is still founder-owned and operated, so it is likely you will have face-time with the owner at some point. ELC's has an renowned reputation for excellence cross the industry that is outsized given it's small/medium size.

I enjoyed working at ELC for the first year. I was learning a lot, building on personal knowledge and building on the existing culture of the company. Lot's of young people that, majority, are easy to get along with. Great location in Beacon Hill.

It is too bad the supervisors and owners of the company are VERY set in their ways. Poor pay, the treatment towards employee's is completely favored and unfair, many employee's are unhappy and attempt to speak up but nothing ever changes. Micro-management, lack of trust and freedom, little room for growth. It was wildly unfortunate to be lied to, and under false promises by not only your supervisors but also by the SVP + President of the company. No lunch room - that is, if you ever take your lunch break.
