Feeling of community and lax attitude, generally friendly customers and coworkers. Paid above minimum wage

Little to no training - everything on the job, some under 18s working 12 hour shifts (hardly legal.) Under 18s also legally eligible for extended breaks, but not here. Pay day on Wednesday? Lucky if you get it by Thursday. Also all seeing eyes in the sky, ready to bring you into the office for minor infractions.

Great staff who generally get on well together Managers are down to earth and seldom undermine staff, always have time to discuss issues raised Very little trouble in the bar Work isn't terribly difficult Always paid on time
