      Pros

      Employees are truly valued. They are very invested in technology and always finding ways to be more efficient. Great benefits. Casual work environment. Competitive pay with generous monthly commissions.

      Cons

      Lower pay during slow season since commission makes up a large portion of monthly paycheck. Call center environment with only one type of insurance sold. Can get repetitive after a while.
